I got the quest from the dude inside Blackfathom Deep when I was doing a different quest. I am a level 29 Hunter and I was with a level 31 priest but after hours of killing and being killed I gave up. Being attacked by 6 level 24 to 26 elite at a time is not fun. Maybe we were using the wrong tactics but I'm not going back.
