Parkwhiz provides parking payment service for the Lawson Building Ramp in Saint Paul, MN. The bank I use has a validation with the ramp and Parkwhiz didn’t honor it. They charge $15 with the validation. There is no customer service telephone number for the Lawson ramp and Parkwhiz has only email, no phone number as well.
